My journey to fitness and health started from struggle. I used to be overweight, battled low energy, and dealt with acne. Over the course of a year, I transformed my body naturally—losing 60 pounds—using only calisthenics, cardio, homemade meals, and water, with no protein powders, creatine, hormones, or chemicals. I know how hard it can be to stay motivated, push past doubts, and create lasting habits.
Through six years of martial arts training, teaming in four athletic sports teams, and running multiple 3K / 5K marathons, I discovered the power of discipline and consistency. Now, I guide others to achieve real, natural results—helping them build strength, confidence, and healthier lifestyles without shortcuts. My mission is to show that transformation is possible for anyone willing to commit, and to empower people to become the strongest, healthiest version of themselves.
